Application of aluminum tube supports
As mentioned, aluminum tube supports from Airco-Fin are used to support finned tubes in an air-cooled heat exchanger. This is necessary in order for the end product to meet the requirements of the API 661 and ISO 13706 standard. According to this standard, a finned tube must be supported at least every 1.83 meters, with the weight of the tubes being transferred to the core of the finned tube. This is possible with the use of tube supports.

If the first batch does not meet the quality requirements, we will adjust the machines. We also carry out a quality check after the last parts are ready. Parts are safely packed in special racks and wooden cases.
